Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Specialist Expert to lead and support modeling and simulation functions across various domains, including health, environmental, transportation, law enforcement, military, and civil agencies.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing exercises, demonstrations, and instructional activities. The specialist will provide supervision and guidance on the effective operation and application of simulation models and exercises, supporting live, constructive, or virtual training initiatives.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Requires a master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
- 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. May oversee and provide guidance to team members.
- Works closely in a team environment.
- Clearance - TS/SCI
