Position Overview: The Vice President of Operations (VP Ops) at Strategic Resilience Group, LLC (SRG) will serve as a visionary leader responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the company’s transition to a large business status. This role will focus on maturing company processes, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing SRG’s ability to deliver high-quality services to customers while fostering long-term personal growth opportunities for employees.
The VP OPS will work closely with the Chief Management Officer (CMO), Vice President of Finance (VP Finance), and Human Resources team to ensure that SRG’s growth roadmap aligns with strategic objectives, operational excellence, and the company’s commitment to employee development and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development
- Design and oversee the company’s strategic growth roadmap, focusing on a controlled transition to a large business status.
- Implement initiatives to mature all company processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, revenue streams, and client segments that align with SRG’s vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the organization's performance. Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to support long-term growth.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand SRG’s market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
- Represent SRG at industry events, conferences, and forums to establish thought leadership and credibility.
Collaboration with Leadership
- Partner with the Chief Management Officer (CMO) to ensure quality standards and information security procedures are integrated into all growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance (VP Finance) to assess financial performance and plan strategies for sustained growth, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget alignment.
- Work with the Human Resources team to align recruitment and talent development strategies with growth objectives, supporting employees’ long-term personal growth.
Process Maturation and Operational Excellence
- Lead efforts to mature and optimize company processes to support the demands of a larger business structure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices across all functions.
- Drive the adoption of innovative tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance SRG’s brand and market positioning.
- Develop campaigns that reflect SRG’s commitment to high-quality services and customer-centric growth.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and sustained partnerships.
- Advocate for customers to ensure SRG consistently delivers exceptional and impactful services.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of senior leadership experience in growth strategy, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading successful transitions to larger-scale operations and maturing organizational processes.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
