Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create product proposals and promotional programs.
- Concurrently manage multiple project schedules and keep accurate documentation.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal & external stakeholders.
- Communicate product and project plans to stakeholders.
- Work with sourcing teams and suppliers.
- Interpret market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Identify current trends affecting category growth.
- Gather and analyze data to determine sales data, velocity of product, revenue, consumer data, etc.

The gross annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of related work experience in product development, product line management, electronics/tech product design, category management or category management analytics or product analytics in a physical product company.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with technical requirements, quality and testing.
- Experience working with sourcing teams and suppliers, and an understanding of costs and timing.
- Experience with data analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and Tableau or BI tools preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
