Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients — guiding them post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering new ways to add value through upselling and cross-selling. This is a hybrid role blending customer success with consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to drive product adoption and satisfaction
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and feedback
- Conduct regular account check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategy sessions
- Achieve customer retention and revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate account updates, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid Sales/CSM role preferred.
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or expansion sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passionate about delivering value and building strong client relationships
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is great too
