Location: San Antonio, TX - On site
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr. W2
Qualifications & Description:
- Computes, classifies, and records data relating to financial records or transactions. Performs any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties of financial data and records. Tasks include computing taxes and valuations, tracking price fluctuations, and verifying records of transactions and holdings.
- May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
- Documents all pertinent customer contact information and updates collection attempts/call results into the appropriate database.
- What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?
- Contact customers via phone (100% phone based) to discuss outstanding balances and payment options.
- Negotiate delinquency remediation while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Research and resolve customer disputes related to billing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment agreements in the system.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, to escalate and resolve payment issues and member complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely debt resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for collections.
Salary : $18 - $20
