Finance Manager
W2 Rate - $100 / hr
Chicago IL - 12 months - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Hybrid office hours - 3 days in office, 2 days at home
Requirements :
- Significant experience (8 years) in finance or commercial is vital, with experience across financial reporting / analysis and commercial operations / development a plus.
- Requires a strong financial foundation and a good understanding of statements and balance sheets
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required -flexible on degree area (Finance, Accounting, Engineering, etc)
- MBA or CFA helpful but not required.
- Must have experience working with $100MM P&Ls or more
- Must be highly proficient in MS Access and MS Excel
- Must bring extensive experience within cost reviews and deep dives on investments and overall financial processes, etc.
- Ability to interpret and communicate financial information and commercial drivers with transparency, provide insights to deliver business improvement and to optimize and protect value.
- Experience managing and balancing multiple partner groups
- Must be able to build consensus and engagement with key partners at all levels and across the organization Experience within SAP or similar is highly desirable
