Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in commercial real estate and property / casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all insurance-related processes. This position will be pivotal in ensuring that insurance coverage for loans meets all required standards and internal policies while providing top-tier service to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Initiate and respond to communication from customers, insurance agents, external vendors, and internal personnel regarding insurance coverage on loans.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and / or analytical document reviews to ensure compliance with insurance policies.
• Review loan data integrity reports and verify that all procedures are following agency, internal controls, and company policies.
• Utilize specific criteria to ensure quality assure and report metric results, providing feedback on a weekly / monthly basis to management and the team.
• Identify and present recommendations for procedural improvements to management.
• Support management with miscellaneous functions within the Insurance Team, including project coordination and ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage and oversee the quality of insurance-related documentation, including Blanket Insurance and multi-layer insurance policies, Self-insured Retention programs.
• Ensure proper understanding and application of insurance terminology and related loan documents.
