Title: Principal Management Engineer - Healthcare
Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid with 1 day/week onsite Wednesday)
Role Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $46.17-66.42/hour

Job Description
The Principal Management Engineer performs project work of a complex nature. Project work may include technical analyses or may require facilitation of a large multi-disciplinary group of senior administrators and/or medical leaders. The Principal Consultant may work individually, as lead consultant of a project team, or in a consulting capacity for projects not directly assigned. Performs analyses related to area of technical expertise and may train other staff members in these areas. The Principal Management Engineer may supervise tasks of Consultants, Senior Consultants or Analysts.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years organizational performance improvement experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisor and/or consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• Previous healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage large, complex, simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership/mentoring skills applicable to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff across the System.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
