Job Title : Program Manager - Hiring FAST! Location : New York, NY
Pay Rate : $40 / HR on W2 Only - NO C2C
Setting : Onsite Required (Hybrid / Remote is NOT an Option)
Duration : 6 months.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree.
Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people
Critical thinker with sound judgment and proven problem solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills in person, on phone, by email and voicemail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
Responsibilities :
Oversight of a portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of CTW, the internal stakeholder experience, and the client's partnership with the community organizations (includes : project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; upload of information onto internal Web site, main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting)
Represent OCE through delivering CTW related presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders
Conduct CTW Team Captain Trainings on a bi-weekly basis
Communicate with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfillment; drafting communications & training materials) Assist with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
Multi-task projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager Plan, coordinate and oversee the transportation for several hundred CTW projects.
