Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with specialized expertise in Smartsheet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects while leveraging Smartsheet to streamline workflows and improve team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Utilize Smartsheet to create, manage, and update project plans, timelines, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Smartsheet templates, workflows, and automated reporting for project tracking and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, monitor progress, and communicate updates.
- Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Train team members and stakeholders on Smartsheet best practices and usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide detailed reports and analytics on project performance using Smartsheet tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, including templates, formulas, workflows, and reporting. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Smartsheet Certification (e.g., Smartsheet Product Certified User or equivalent).
- Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
