Our company is a window and door replacement company. We install high end products at a mid range price point in the residential sector. Full Time office position needed 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include:
Managing installation and service schedule
Confirming parts/materials for installation
Constant communication with home owners via phone, email and text
Required Qualifications /Skills
- Previous scheduling experience (in home improvement preferred)
- Previous logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and able to keep track of multiple projects
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Google drive
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization

Compensation $18/hr
