Job Description
Client is seeking a versatile professional with expertise in IT Program and Project Management who embodies servant leadership skills with Oracle and Finance experience in solution implementations. The ideal candidate would have significant experience within non-Agile methodologies and be proficient/familiar with Agile methodologies. The primary focus of this position is on Program Management (70%) and Project Management (30%). The candidate should be prepared to assume the role of Program Manager and play Project Manager for some of the workstream/project level work. While familiarity with Agile and Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus, it is not the primary focus of this role. Qualifications: (Additional Must-Have Skills)

• Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Certifications that are a plus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Must have experience in leading Oracle platform implementations
• Must have experience / background in Finance
• 10 years of industry experience
• 5 years of IT program management, with a focus on IT projects.
• 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Must have significant experience within non-Agile methodologies and tools (Waterfall, iterative, MS Project)
• Must have demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Must have strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching teams with a servant leadership mindset.
• Must have proven track record of successful strategy implementation and change management.
• Any experience as a Scrum Master role within IT is a PLUS.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
• Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Must have run programs with Multi-vendors
• Must have run programs with offshore resources
• Must have ability to know stakeholders quickly (Personality, Style, Approach)
• Must command the room and possess solid people skills
