Strategic Therapy Associates is an established mental health provider with offices throughout Virginia. We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator (LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to lead a team of clinicians in excellent service delivery. Our goal is to help clients resolve mental health issues that are putting them in an at-risk status, as we work toward eliminating the cause for out-of-home placement or institutionalization while moving them toward positive change and self-sufficiency. We help clients resolve their own problems and restore appropriate hierarchy within families. We use and teach family systems interventions in our work with families.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision to QMHP level staff (and resident level staff depending on professional credentials).
- Ensure clinicians clearly identify ISP goals and that the goals are met in the delivery of services.
- Ensure clinicians complete all clinical documentation in a well-written manner that is in accordance with regulatory, collateral, and Agency standards.
- Assist in interviewing and training new clinicians.
- Carry a reduced caseload providing outpatient, clinical assessments, and/or in-home family therapy sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Empower clients to resolve the issues that can lead to out-of-home and/or out-of-community placements, or that may result in institutionalization if not effectively remedied via lesser restrictive measures.
- Establish rapport quickly and employ creative, appropriate therapeutic techniques to best meet the needs of the individual client.
- Complete the required clinical documentation.

Required Education and Qualification:
- Previous leadership experience.
- Previous work experience in mental health settings.
- Previous work experience in community-based mental health settings is preferred.
- Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW with 2 years post-licensure experience is preferred. If not a licensed professional, must have the ability to successfully register as a Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or a Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S) with the Virginia Board of Health Professions. Also, licensure supervision is offered to masters-level staff at Strategic working in the intensive in-home program and is based on supervisor availability and after a period of employment (as determined by the director) in which the potential "resident" has been observed in clinical skill and in interactions in regular clinical supervision.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
