What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Strategic Workforce Development Inc.?
We are looking to add Home Health Aide with CPR, First AID, Med Level 1, and experience of a minimum of one year to join our company.
The Home Health Aide will assist residents in their homes with all daily activities. These activities include everyday living, housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting, medication, mobility, and continence care.
The ideal person for this position has the experience, compassion, and a solid understanding of all aspects of patient home health care. There are also clients who receive anywhere from 2 to 8 hours a day that are available for CNAs and Nurse Aides (NAs). These individuals do not need to be Med Level I certified, nor have CPR/1st Aide.
Responsibilities:
The availability may change from day to day. Once we hire if they do not have their Med Level I and/or CPR/1st Aide, we can get them scheduled to do those things through Eitas. It is FREE when hired through us with a PROMO code. Otherwise, workers would have to pay to find a place to take those courses on their own.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities – Ensure residents' safety and well-being are met by facilitating social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and secure environments. If needed, offer prompts to the client, such as toileting, eating, and any liquid needs. Observe the patients' medical health as well as their physical and mental responses. Provide written and verbal reports about the residents' condition and guidance to their families. Exercise the patient as needed
- Apply compliance knowledge – Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of resident care by using a sensitive approach. Knowledge and compliance of all state resident rights are required
- High school diploma or GED required and current state license
- Safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- DSPs need to be Med Level I certified; as well as be CPR/1st Aide Certified)
