What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Stratford Place Apartments?
Family operated business has an opening for a maintenance professional. Duties will include working with a team to update and maintain apartments. Applicant will have skills in some if not all of the following areas: Carpentry- Base trim, door casing, pre-hung interior and exterior doors. Plumbing- Fixture repair/replacement with ability to repair sinks, faucets and tubs. Electric- Repair/replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, plugs & switches. Heating & Air Tech Paint/Drywall/Texture If you need to be babysat, chased, do drugs, can’t show up to work on time or “your cell phone does not work” please do not apply!
