QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Part-time position with availability for varied evening and night shifts. Weekend availability required.

- 1-year experience in similar environment preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Guide our guests through the dining experience, attending to their needs and providing genuine care and comfort.
- Approach guest encounters in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Take an active role in understanding and anticipating guest needs to provide authentic and personalized service.
- Ensure a timely response to guest requests and address concerns beyond satisfaction.
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverage in compliance with established policies and procedures, brand standards and steps of service. Follow all responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Prepare tables for dining and ensure cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware. Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the tables throughout the dining experience. Clean tables at the completion of service including removal of soiled wares and trash.
- Acquire full knowledge of the dining menu to explain major ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.
- Follow proper guest check and payment policies and procedures.
- Report all tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations.
- Prepare workstation prior to opening and keep station neat and clean while serving guests.
- Complete assigned side-work and related cleaning duties before, during and after shift.
- Be on time and at work when scheduled, and in proper uniform.
- Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
- Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction and unusual matters of significance to manager / supervisor so that corrective measures may be taken.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, security and emergency procedures.
- Any other tasks / duties as requested by management.
