Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will play a key part in enhancing Straticon’s online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through compelling and strategic social media content. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Travel to job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing projects, complete work, and team activities to create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.

- Create and curate high-quality, original content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia.
- Monitor and engage with our audience across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) to build strong relationships and foster community growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with company goals, events, and campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Straticon at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Coordinate paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Qualifications:
