- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Streamline accounting software systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax and payroll laws at federal, state, and local levels.
- Maintain strong internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
- Manage the month-end close process and reconcile project costs.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies across projects.
- Oversee contractor payments, vendor invoicing, and cost tracking.

- Comfortable with month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Adept at identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial and payroll records, providing exceptional support to employees and management.
- Master’s degree in Finance.
