What We’re Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has 3 years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee division GL and prepare journal entries per GAAP and company policies
• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Partner with external audit firm to assemble year-end audit reports as assigned
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations, as well as lead monthly close processes
• Participate in preparing the budgets and forecasts (cash flow/treasury management), as well as prepare financial models as needed. Work across multiple departments to prepare operating budgets for the division.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the board, as well as respond to ad hoc financial requests in a timely manner
• Assist with sales and use, personal property and real estate tax filings
• Maintain compliance with internal and external policies and procedures. Identify areas of risk and propose solutions as needed
• Review work of staff and provide guidance as needed to correct issues/errors
• Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
