We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Strativ Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and experience with developing and implementing quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to improve product quality
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure top-tier compliance
- Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize data analysis & statistical methods to enhance manufacturing processes
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in quality engineering (preferably aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries)
- Strong knowledge of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
- Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA
- A team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
