Solutions Engineer - AI / ML / Automation
I'm partnered with an well-backed Enterprise AI Agent startupwho are expanding their ML team - the business (currently 40 in size, with a Product used by Google, Airbnb & more) have an outstanding team which consists of multiple Stanford / FAANG Alumni, and leaders who have taken businesses from startup ->
IPO.
The business are building an Enterprise AI platform (industry-first architecture) that automates complex tasks in seconds. Google use the product to automate their end-to-end payroll, MetLife use the product to automate their insurance process - the list goes on.. The Founders are former leaders from Google, NVIDIA, Stanford & Microsoft Research & the team have an incoming top-10 paper at ICLR.
As a Solutions Engineer, your role will see you act as the primary owner of the AI platform for customers, overseeing its configuration, usage, and performance optimization. You will also design, deploy, and manage solutions (cloud / on-premise) supporting customers automation projects, ensuring it is scalable and secure.
Key experience (all essential) :
- 2 years' experience in a Customer-facing Solutions role
- Experience working with Customers to design and manage solutions / deployments
- Strong technical background, particularly in AI / Automation, but ideally with additional knowledge around Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
