Responsibilities:
- Project setup and management of customer deliverables
- Team member expectations and general supervision
- Ongoing training with the team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees
- Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to supervise teams of quality inspectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project
- Manage customer relationships
- Serve as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable
- Inspect parts
- Evaluate and verify equipment and tools for team members
- Complete required paperwork for projects
- Participate in required training classes
- Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned
