Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Stratovation Group LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical support to our agricultural clients by managing and coordinating marketing and research projects. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, aligning projects with client goals, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Advocacy: Build and maintain strong client relationships, advocating for their needs. Align projects with client goals, monitor satisfaction through regular check-ins, and address concerns proactively to ensure long-term success and retention.
- Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, address unmet needs, and recommend additional services. Respond promptly to client concerns, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding clients, setting clear expectations on workflows, timelines, and points of contact.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and project managers to deliver high-quality work aligned with client objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication between clients, teams, and partners for smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor project KPIs to ensure client objectives are met or exceeded. Provide concise updates and performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and flag potential concerns to project managers, ensuring alignment with financial targets and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client communications, project updates, and deliverables for future reference and compliance.
- Support and Leadership: Foster a collaborative, supportive environment by encouraging open communication, providing candid feedback, and promoting a culture of leadership and accountability within the team.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Propose and implement process improvements or innovations to enhance client satisfaction, streamline project execution, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions by partnering with the sales team strategically and creatively to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven project management or coordination experience, ideally in the agricultural or agri-food sectors.
- Strong understanding of agricultural marketing concepts, client relationship management, and delivering solutions that drive growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and offer actionable insights.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, fostering a positive, high-trust work environment.
