Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Job Summary: The Human Resources Assistant at Stratton Amenities supports the HR Manager and department in its operations, contributing to the administration and smooth running of all HR functions. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assists with the recruitment process by sending offer letters and new hire onboarding paperwork
- Supports the HR department's daily operations under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- May assist with training and development sessions for staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support in all aspects of human resources including recruitment, staffing, training and development, and employee relations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Helps maintain HR systems, including payroll, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Supports the HR Manager in processing payroll and managing benefits administration.
- Assists with the preparation of reports for regulatory state and federal filings.
- Helps maintain compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Participates in the coordination of company-wide HR initiatives and events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the HR department.

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and background screening services is a plus.
Systems:
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is advantageous.
