Stratton Amenities, a premier provider of luxury front desk concierge services for high-end apartments and condominiums, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Concierge to join our team. We are committed to delivering a five-star hospitality experience for residents, guests, and property management teams.
Position Overview
The Lead Concierge serves as the primary liaison between the property management team and Strattons concierge ambassadors, overseeing day-to-day front desk operations, leading by example, and ensuring an elevated level of service at all times. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.
?? Schedule Note: This position requires a hybrid schedule, including overnight weekday shifts and evening weekend coverage, based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the property and lead by example in delivering exceptional service
- Bridge communication between the property manager and concierge team
- Address resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Host weekly check-ins with the property manager to review operations and service levels
- Oversee scheduling, weekly payroll, and timecard approvals
- Conduct monthly team meetings and individual performance check-ins
- Provide coaching, accountability, and corrective action as needed
- Create and implement SOPs to streamline and elevate service delivery
- Support a positive and professional team culture
- Enforce appearance, grooming, and uniform standards
- Participate in monthly calls with regional leadership
Requirements
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a hospitality or multifamily setting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or upscale hotel/retail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Additional Responsibilities
- Build rapport with residents and provide personalized service
- Monitor package deliveries, ensure timely distribution, and conduct regular audits
- Maintain lobby standards and monitor security through surveillance systems
- Complete amenity reservations and escort services as needed
- Walk the property to ensure service quality and safety standards are met
- Support onsite events and resident engagement efforts
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the property manager or Stratton leadership
