Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Remote Chat Representative to join our team. As a Remote Chat Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior representatives.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Utilize knowledge base and resources to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic computer skills, including typing, navigation, and software applications.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Nice to Have

Previous customer service experience.

Familiarity with helpdesk or customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Certification in customer service.
