This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position compensated at $20.40 / hr.ESSENTIAL DUTIESMonitor the phone systems (alarms, transfers, questions, wake up calls)Process check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight hoursProfessionally and efficiently handle guest concernsRun night audit reports Assist front desk associate with front office dutiesMaintain cleanly and stocked work areaCommunicate any issues during the overnight shift to day shift colleagues and supervisorsMaintain and update Front Desk training manual as neededAttend Front Desk Lodging MeetingsFollow established safety and emergency proceduresEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education : Highschool Diploma or equivalent, requiredExperience : Previous customer service experience, preferredQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSMust be 18 years of age or olderSelf-motivatedStrong computer skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask & delegate tasks as neededFlexible work schedulePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
