What You'll Do
Role: Inside Sales Representative
Type: Full-Time
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Office-based; not a remote role)
Trial Period: 60 days to prove your mettle
Responsibilities
- Master the art of cold-calling to set a minimum of 5-10 high-quality appointments per week with decision-makers and owners.
- Leverage our CRM like a pro to keep a pulse on your robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Team up with our outside sales representatives to close deals and crush targets.

Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $3,000/month (60 Day Trial) and $40,000/year (Post-Trial)
- Commission: % Payout on all sales closed with your appointments. No cap on commission. Total target compensation $80,000/year
- Qualified Set Appointments: Commission per qualified set appointment.
- Sign-On Bonus:$500 (Payable after the trial period).
- Retention Bonus:$1,000 (Payable after 6 months).
