Responsibilities and Duties:
- Grow the business - managing sales, lead generation, and closing business is 50% of the position.
- Maintain our existing business. An average monthly loss of less than 1% of business is the retention target.
- Financial acumen to understand processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and other financial skills.
- Strategic thinking for dealing with business situations and creating strategies to reach company goals.
- Lead the Daily Activities of the entire Team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction ensuring deadlines are met with attention to detail
- Oversee the use of standard process workflows by your team.
- Track productivity and performance standards ensuring established levels are achieved.
- Analyze team statistics and prepare reports for your leadership to ensure goals are being met.
- Collaborate with your team members to establish Individual Development Plans.
- Evaluate individual team members on performance and complete performance appraisals.
- Manage/resolve conflicts internally and externally, develop performance improvement plans as needed.
- Human Resource responsibilities in conjunction with the owner group.
- Elevate the team to the highest ethical standards. Integrity is crucial to our business and our lives.
- Function as a consultant and business partner to franchisees and collaborate to establish best practices.
- Maintain working knowledge of Stratus services and offerings, deliver on site and phone sales presentations.
- Create a strong first impression with prospects building value in our brand.
- Uphold high standards by working compliantly, ethically, and in a manner that reflects our underlying values
- Engage in networking events (i.e., associations, events, etc.) to develop and nurture business relationships.
- Learn our industry by participating in educational opportunities and attending company meetings and events
- Proven success in leading and growing B2B organizations
- 5 years of people leadership experience, preferably in a service industry
- Ability to work well in a professional environment with great communication skills
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques, analysis and judgment skills
- Adaptability, empathy, respect, self-motivation, and organizational skills are must-haves in this job.
- Ability to develop and rollout new processes, organize and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and able to lead within a fast-paced environment
- Maintains a respectful attitude of integrity, responsibility, ownership, and accountability
