Primary Essential Functions
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and align HR strategies to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring effective support for both in-office and remote employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee matters, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring equitable practices and compliance.
- Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain talent through onboarding, training programs, and career development initiatives tailored for remote and hybrid workforces.
- Remote Workforce Support: Create and implement HR policies and programs that address the unique needs of remote employees while ensuring a sense of inclusion and belonging.
- Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance culture, team effectiveness, and employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Change Management: Support leaders and employees during organizational changes, providing coaching, tools, and resources to facilitate successful transitions.
- HR Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, adapting for the nuances of a remote and hybrid workforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits) to deliver integrated and effective HR services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance priorities effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 1 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is a strong advantage.
