Job Description:
- Work closely with business managers, technical managers, and the solution architect to deliver innovative learning solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects or issues reported during QA testing.
- Write SQL queries to pull relevant data points from central data sources such as AWS Data Lake or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Create integr ations within Oracle s SaaS service (OIC) to transmit data between data sources, leveraging pre-built API connectors where applicable.
- Ensure smooth deployment of new features, bug fixes, and patches with minimal disruption to users.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Document software designs, processes, and troubleshooting steps to assist future development teams with code maintenance.
- Provide ongoing technical support for learning platforms, assisting users and internal teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, performance, or bugs affecting the learner experience.
