Description
Attention all maintenance guru’s! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team with Super Clean Carwash!
Summary: As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the replacement and troubleshooting of existing car wash equipment. You will also schedule and supervise Technicians in preventative and corrective maintenance of car wash equipment at Super Clean Carwash locations. Scheduling will vary based on needs or demand.
What you will be doing
- Hiring, training, and managing the maintenance department staff
- Ensuring and advising maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Providing continuous preventative maintenance to various Carwash sites by traveling within Sacramento County, El Dorado County, Nevada County, and Contra Costa Counties
- Ordering, sourcing, and maintaining inventory of parts and tools for repairs
- Responding to and working on emergency repairs for business continuity
- Complying with all applicable OSHA and other regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
- Performing any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- 3 years of experience in carwash plumbing and mechanical work
- High School Diploma
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and diagnostic skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge and computer networking skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Valid Drivers License with a clean DMV record
- Certifications in reference for electrical, HVAC, or related technical field preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically able to perform repairs
- May have instances of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds at a time
