Position Summary

The Strategic Growth Director East will serve as a key leader responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand our presence in the dental space. This individual will work closely with existing customers to identify opportunities for integrated solutions that leverage our full suite of products and services. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable and sustainable growth.

The Strategic Growth Director will report to the Vice President Enterprise Solutions NAM.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company's vision and focuses on leveraging integrated solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions Development:
    • Work with large, consolidated customers to understand their challenges, operational goals, and business priorities.
    • Design tailored, integrated solutions that combine implants, aligners, and digital offerings to deliver measurable value.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at large dental organizations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to solidify partnerships and drive revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales, marketing, R&D, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
    • Advocate for customer needs in internal decision-making processes.
  • Market Insights & Innovation:
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the dental space.
    • Provide insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Management Responsibilities

This position will not have management responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline
  • 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles in the dental or healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Proven success in managing large customer accounts and delivering integrated solutions.
  • Experience working with dental implants, aligners, or digital solutions Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing market and performance data.
