Job Summary The JR Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales growth, and representing our brand in the market. You will work closely with senior sales staff, marketing, and customer service to provide excellent service and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Working with the Senior Territory Manager & Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting and acquiring new clients and performing the job foreman role for most large project installations in this territory.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Territory Development: Monitor and analyze the performance of your territory to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met and that our products are effectively promoted in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletics (various degrees), Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, goal-oriented, and driven mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow in the sales field.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
