ATP (Assembly, Test, Paint) Technician

Key Position Functions

• Be familiar with and adhere to all Safety and Company Policies and Procedures
• Knowledge of API/ISO/QPC’s and Engineering and Material Specifications as relevant
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Responsible for all equipment and tools in his/her charge, maintain and lubricate parts or components.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and conscientious manner
• Operate forklift in compliance with HSE-CS-128
• Stamping of parts as per Work Order instructions and ES 05-001
• Assemble valves, wellhead, and equipment per assembly drawing, instructions of ES as applicable.
• Complete serial numbering of each part listed on the material traceability sheet in the work order as required
• Sign off on process traveler, sequence number, operation number, machine number, production counts, etc. per OP 205
• Report all problems and/or repairs required to Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator
• Assist shipping and receiving when required
• Other duties as may be required
  
  

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous oilfield equipment experience is preferred
• Effective written, verbal, and reading skills (English)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Will have periods of constant standing, walking, or bending. The use of hands will be required to handle non-power tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc., and to be able to assemble or disassemble objects
