What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATP (Assembly, Test, Paint) Technician position at Stream-Flo USA?

Key Position Functions:
- Be familiar with and adhere to all Safety and Company Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge of API/ISO/QPC’s and Engineering and Material Specifications as relevant
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Responsible for all equipment and tools in his/her charge, maintain and lubricate parts or components.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and conscientious manner
- Operate forklift in compliance with HSE-CS-128
- Stamping of parts as per Work Order instructions and ES 05-001
- Assemble valves, wellhead, and equipment per assembly drawing, instructions of ES as applicable.
- Complete serial numbering of each part listed on the material traceability sheet in the work order as required
- Sign off on process traveler, sequence number, operation number, machine number, production counts, etc. per OP 205
- Report all problems and/or repairs required to Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator
- Assist shipping and receiving when required
- Other duties as may be required
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous oilfield equipment experience is preferred
- Effective written, verbal, and reading skills (English)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Will have periods of constant standing, walking, or bending. The use of hands will be required to handle non-power tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc., and to be able to assemble or disassemble objects
