Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Specialist located in Conshohocken, PA. The Help Desk Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting technical issues, application support, and working with development team to support new feature rollout. The role involves assisting users with various IT-related problems and ensuring seamless technology operations within the organization.
