Job Description
- Process Invoices or Expense Reimbursements in a timely manner
- Follow invoice keying standards consistently
- Validate and enter invoice details accurately
- Ensure proper accounting policies and controls are adhered to
- Escalate exceptions to management
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge
- High attention to detail
- High accuracy rate
- Long attention span
- Ability to work on repetitive workloads
- Ability to work on a close-knit team
- Ability to follow set procedures consistently
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel required
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Organization Skills
