About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller who will be responsible for posting insurance payments, along with other charges and adjustments within our dental practice software. The role will focus on minimizing billing errors and maintaining accurate financial records. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will play a critical role in managing patient financial records.
What You’ll Do :
- Posting Payments : Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.
- Manage Dental Claims : Prepare and submit dental claims daily, including detailed narratives and necessary attachments to expedite payment.
- Claims Tracing / Follow-Up : Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.
- Patient Support : Send patient statements
- Recordkeeping : Run reports and maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with 2-3 office teams to ensure efficient AR processes.
