About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating seamless billing experiences for patients. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will play a critical role in managing our financial operations.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage Dental Claims : Prepare and submit dental claims daily, including detailed narratives and necessary attachments to expedite payment.
- Posting Payments : Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.
- Claims Tracing / Follow-Up : Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.
- Patient Support : Send patient statements and assist with billing inquiries, explaining insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
- Recordkeeping : Run reports and maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with 2-3 office teams to ensure efficient AR processes and revenue cycle operations.
