We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Poster to join our team and ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
Position Overview :
The Dental Poster will be responsible for posting insurance checks, reviewing and verifying financial transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of insurance claim payments, and other charges within our dental practice management software. The role will focus on minimizing billing errors and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Post insurance checks in the practice management software
- Review and verify insurance claims payments and charges
- Accurately update patient balances and generate corrected claims and statements as needed
- Ensure compliance with dental billing codes
- Maintain accurate financial records with a focus on minimizing errors
- Communicate effectively regarding billing inquiries
