As a Salesperson for Streamline Paving you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the asphalt industry. Your role will be crucial in promoting our products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively seek out and identify potential clients, including construction companies, property developers, municipalities, and homeowners property management companies. Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and company-wide sales goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our asphalt products, services, and industry trends. Be prepared to educate clients on the benefits and specifications of our offerings.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and project timelines. Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales. Strive to achieve favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on progress towards sales targets and market developments.
