Job Title: Onboarding Specialist with ADP Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from day one. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure all compliance requirements are met and that new employees are integrated into the company culture quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process Management:
- Facilitate and manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure all new hires complete required paperwork, including tax forms, benefits enrollment, and confidentiality agreements.
- Guide new employees through ADP systems to complete necessary tasks such as direct deposit setup and benefits selection.

ADP Workforce Now Proficiency:
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to set up new employee profiles, ensure proper documentation is collected, and assist in managing benefits, payroll, and time tracking processes.
- Troubleshoot ADP system issues for new hires and existing employees, providing troubleshooting support and liaising with HRIS/Payroll teams as needed.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all required documents, including I-9, W-4, and other legal forms, are completed accurately and stored in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all employee data is up-to-date in the HRIS.

Employee Experience:
- Create a positive and welcoming experience for new hires by providing them with necessary resources, scheduling orientation sessions, and answering questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback to HR leadership regarding trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements.

Collaboration:
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and to resolve any employee inquiries or issues related to employment records or benefits.

Reporting:
- Generate reports on onboarding progress and compliance metrics using ADP Workforce Now.
- Monitor and report on the status of new hires’ paperwork, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in an HR or onboarding role, with a focus on utilizing ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, payroll, and HRIS functions.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and relevant labor laws.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
