The Associate Producer is an important production role that supports senior and executive producers to ensure assigned services and deliverables are executed at the highest level of quality. Additionally, the Associate Producer helps to ensure that each assigned project is delivered on time and on budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple concurrent programs using established program management process framework under the direction of an SFM Producer.

Analyze project requirements and work with teams to create methods to achieve goals and maintain project plan while ensuring quality control.Communicate project objectives and progress to leadership on a regular basis.Collaborate with key stakeholders (campaign ops, field marketing, account managers, creative design team, & support teams) to drive projects forward.End-to-end management responsibility for program / project execution including but not limited to executing and managing all campaigns and project initiatives, providing proof of performance reporting, staffing, and tracking all costs.Client discovery and relationship managementCreative concepting and strategySourcing and managing vendorsManaging onsite execution, final delivery, recap and reconciliationOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS
