We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview
Street Legal Golf Carts is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting all departments' administrative needs and taking ownership of office management. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, and is excited about the prospect of growing alongside our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and guide them through all necessary paperwork
- Manage warranty process and handle warranty claims
- Manage administrative process for all cart sales
- Manage all state inspection paperwork for VIN issuance
- Complete title and registration process at DMV and be main point of contact for DMV-related items
- Create and keep organized files on each cart and customer
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering as necessary
- File and manage receipts and expense tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Field customer questions and phone calls as necessary
- Respond to emails and other messages in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail and organization
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Google suite of products
- Team player willing to help others
- Knowledge of golf carts or experience in a related field a plus
