Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed real estate agents (required) ready for a full-time commitment
- Sales-driven professionals who thrive on person-to-person interaction
- Self-starters willing to generate leads and build their business
- Team players who want to be in-office 4 days/week in Lexington
- Professionals comfortable with evening and weekend work
