We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food service industry.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals accurately.
- Experience in brewing or mixology is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
