Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented person to join our team as the Regional Operations Manager for our Leander, Texas branch. This position is an exempt, full-time role with flexible hours, and reports to the VP of Operations. Overnight and out-state travel is required (expected to be up to 4-10 days per month).
This position will give preference to candidates located in the East region of the United States
The Operations Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing and optimizing business processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing policies and procedures that drive operational excellence. The Operations Director works closely with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies, manage budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of branches within the assigned territory, ensuring that each location meets company standards, operational goals, and customer service expectations.
Some of the key responsibilities include :
General Management
- Coordinate equipment repairs / maintenance onsite and offsite
- Responsible for successful team member onboarding and training
- Quarterly reviews with team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance operations and processes in order to exceed assigned budgets
- Manage and review monthly operations budget
- Perform all regional operations administrative duties, including employee relations tasks in partnership with Human Resources and other employee management / oversight duties
- Strategic planning in the region to ensure that personal and operational goals are met
- Oversight and project management of smart work zones in the region
- Ensure all location metrics are met
- Coordinate staff travel to other sites as needed to provide backfill support
