The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical digital marketing efforts for Stretch Zone and will report to the CMO. This ambitious and data driven marketing leader will think big, while rolling up their sleeves to ideate and execute captivating marketing campaigns to drive acquisition. The ideal candidate can quickly understand the industry and various unique audiences, identifying opportunities to scale established channel strategies, while also experimenting with emerging channels to drive new insights and opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do:

• Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across paid social, display, video, and other digital channels
• Be obsessed with improving our current channels through tests, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Measure KPIs and own reporting on digital marketing initiatives including CAC and new customer acquisition for the channels you own
• Develop and execute plans aimed at improving key inputs to new customer acquisition, including CTR, CVR, and CPA
• Think big by testing into new channels that can efficiently drive new customers
• Closely collaborate with the marketing team and other teams on key initiatives
• Guide and inform the creative team to develop and optimize creative assets
• Help develop the marketing technology roadmap as well as set the direction for which tools the marketing team should utilize
• Work with peers across company departments to optimize onsite conversion and serve as the voice of digital on other projects where marketing is a key stakeholder
• Manage external digital agencies as they execute and optimize paid and organic digital media initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong processes, ensuring excellent execution for all stakeholders (franchise clients, digital marketing team, internal finance team, internal operations team, etc.).
• Utilize A/B testing techniques to optimize conversions and enhance data intelligence for future campaigns.
• Create monthly analytics reports on key performance metrics of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to monitor and optimize campaign efficiency.
• Analyze trends, evaluate data, and act as subject matter expert to continually evolve Stretch Zone digital marketing best practices.

What you’ll need:

• 7 years of performance marketing experience with in-platform execution through Meta, Google, programmatic, or other digital channels, preferably within a franchise or multi-unit environment
• Strong analytical foundation and data-driven approach to understanding a business
• Significant experience building and executing reporting systems, conducting in-depth analysis and delivering measurable results
• Experience with multiple marketing channels
• Demonstrated success driving growth initiatives and cost efficiencies
• Willingness to get things done quickly in a “scrappy” entrepreneurial start-up environment
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate.
• Data-driven leadership approach to driving digital performance across the system.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment.
• Keen insight and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Must be able to work on site at our Ft. Lauderdale, FL headquarters
