Join the StretchDollar team as our very first Customer Experience Associate! In this exciting role, you’ll connect with our customers at every step of their journey—from onboarding to renewals—making sure they enjoy a seamless, personalized support experience. You’ll also be the go-to person for gathering feedback and insights directly from our customers, helping us improve and grow as a company. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing & Customer Experience to scale our team and operations as we continue to grow. What You’ll Do
- Support
- Connect with customers via video, phone, email and chat to address and resolve a diverse range of customer inquiries
- Educate
- Become an expert on all things StretchDollar, including our platform and how health benefits work, and leverage your expertise in customer interactions, FAQ articles, and more
- Problem Solve
- Work cross functionally with other StretchDollar teams and external vendors to solve customer issues
- Develop public-facing content, internal documentation, and new processes to improve the customer experience and our ability to serve our quickly growing customer base
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a startup environment.
- You have a proven track record of handling customer issues on your own and resolving them with empathy.
- You're a great communicator—you can take complex ideas and explain them in a clear, simple way.
- You’re detail-oriented and take real pride in the quality of your work.
- You love getting to the root of problems, spotting trends, and finding ways to work smarter or stop issues before they happen.
- You pick up new tools and processes quickly and enjoy working with technology.
- You’re naturally curious and love sharing your knowledge with others.
